| Health Care Provider (HCP) - PT, DC, ATC, MD | Who has taken approved continuing education courses in the rehabilitation field (e.g. McKenzie, Stabilization, Functional Training, etc.). |
| Allied Health I - NASM or API | Approved program for fitness professionals or degreed as ergonomist, exercise scientist or similar qualification |
| Allied Health Membership II | Above plus Skill Test* |
| Full Membership - Health Care Provider (HCP) only |
